No Prenup for Jessica and Eric : Do You think She Should?

Reports are continuing to unwind every minute about the engagement of Jessica Simpson and former NFL star Eric Johnson. Is it true that Jessica is so in love, that a prenup holds absolutely no validity in her relationship? So much that she does not feel the need to include one? 
Yes, the reports are true, Jessica does not feel the need to enforce a prenup.
The media is going banana's for two reasons:

#1. To add the weirdness of Jessica’s engagement, she announced it less than two weeks after her ex-husband Nick Lachey announced his own engagement to longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo!

#2.Apparently, she has all but forgotten when Nick walked away with $10 million dollars of HER hard earned money with they divorced!

Sources are claiming that the "romance" of their situation has gone to Jessica's head and that she doesn't think her $100 million empire is in danger from the possible grubby hands of her handsome footballer. Someone who is very concerned about this? Us!
