On Saturday, September 18, 2010 Debbie Honore, owner of Shoe Fetage' presented Houston with Stiletto's and the Little Back Dress. The event took place in the Westchase area inside her chic and vintage boutique.

Ahshia Geaux Saints Berry, the owner of Events & Lagniappe, PR/Events with Purpose was the host of the evening.The event offered great networking opportunities. I was very impress to see the room filled with various African American women. These women were not just any women, they were women entrepreneurs, supporting one another and fellowship through one of our favorite past times: SHOPPING! It was great to see Le S. Richardson, C.E.O. of LeRich Couture her collection is just as beautiful as the message behing the it. Brigette M. Daniels, (B Creative Designs) Sheila Sweeny (After 6 Shoe Lounge), Nicole Stewart (A Bundle of Joy Baby Cakes), Laquitta Davis(Q's Collection), Bridgette M. Daniels, Coordinaire Extradinaire, (B Creative Designs), Eloise C. Scott ( All4 U,specializes in SkinCare, Health and Wealth) are just a few of the prominent boutique owners and entrepreneurs in the Houston area and beyond that were in attendance.

The event was one that was truly special. Some of the ladies brought items from their boutiques to share with each other the various items that each of their boutiques or online businesses had to offer. Nicole Stewart, owner of A Bundle of Joy Baby Cakes, expressed "everything was awesome bringing everyone together in the community. This was a great networking opportunity." I made my way around the boutique inquiring every one's opinion of the event. Everyone left happy and optimistic about their future endeavors. Many agreed that they would continue to support each other's businesses. That's the reason this event was fabulous because it brought many exciting opportunities. Guest sipped on signature cocktails and pasta.

Shoe Fetage's Stiletto's and the Little Black Dress event brought people together and was overall successful. There was so much to tell that I was very adamant about making sure I gave you every detail. Shoe Fetage' invited the hottest and most prestigious women entrepreneurs in the Houston area to help celebrate the event and the store. It was beautiful to experience a group of women coming together and celebrating unity and entrepreneurship. Angela Bennett, an executive with Pinnacle Insurance said, "it was great to see people get together to network, tthis was absolutely wonderful." I was fortunate to met and talk to these women individually and found inspiration to continue on my journey. I left more excited to conquer the world.

On October 1, 2010 they will be celebrating their One Year Anniversary Soiree from 2pm -4pm where an official Ribbon Cutting with the Houston West Chamber will be conducted. As the evening rolls on, join Shoe Fetage' from 5pm-8pm for our official Anniversary Cupcakes & Cocktails After Work Soiree.
