Has T.I. learned his lessons when it comes to drugs, jail, decision-making, and consequences? Well, that's the word on the street! T.I. told radio station V103-FM in Atlanta on Monday that he's learned by trial and error after each arrest and has learned his final lesson.
The star, who previously spent some time in an Arkansas prison for gun possession charges in 2007 and is still on probation for those offenses, was arrested along with his wife, Tameka "Tiny"
Cottle, back in September on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
Last week a federal judge in Atlanta ruled that the Grammy winning rap artist, who real name is Clifford Harris Jr., must return to prison for violating the terms of his supervised release on federal weapons charges. He was arrested in California last month on suspicion of drug possession.
You may have heard, the rapper hit the headlines last week for persuading a suicidal man not to leap 22 floors to his death. A representative for T.I.’s label, Atlantic Records, said in a statement to the press: “T.I. is such an important and valued member of our Atlantic family. We offer to him and his family our continued love and support during this very difficult time.”
